02 · Number of people
Every package includes the first 10 business members. The member expansion fee is the annual fee for your current tier — it does not stack tier by tier, and it does not change product features or the FDE service allowance.
The member expansion fee follows your current tier rather than adding up across tiers. Organizations above 101 people can be assessed separately for scale and service scope.
Included in every package
The price difference comes from the FDE allowance. Work and the five applications work the same way in all three packages.

Cost structure
The package already includes an AI usage balance; top it up as models are actually consumed. FDE implementation and custom work beyond the allowance are quoted first, and on-site service adds no travel charge.
03 · AI usage balance
Standard, Pro, and Premium include $100, $500, and $1,000 of AI usage balance. Work, Automation, and every application draw from that balance, and your team can review the balance and the usage record at any time.
All Mr. AI model calls are billed at 90% of the official Bailian list price for the matching model and billing unit. You can check it against the current published price and see the actual charges in the business usage record.

One request can take a few hours or several months. The FDE assesses the scope and estimated effort first, and proceeds once your business confirms. Only the FDE's actual working time is counted.

Launch outcome guarantee
Both sides agree in writing on the launch outcome, the acceptance standard, and what the business provides. If the standard is not met under the agreed conditions, the annual service fee refund follows the formal service agreement.
